Sunset Emily Villas & Rooms - Koh Chang

The view was to die for, and the location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a bar with a fantastic swimming pool. The room itself was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and always there to help, which was a major plus.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the shuttle bus that was supposed to be free wasn't actually free, and it didn't even service our villa.

the management was understanding and reduced the price for our inconvenience. The villa itself was fantastic, with a great location and a beautiful view. Although the ocean was dirty due to the storm, everything else about our stay was really good. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool and beach were amazing. We enjoyed our time at the little Sunshine Bistro for breakfast, and the dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. The owner and Mrs Vie were particularly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. despite a few minor drawbacks such as separate electricity charges and some strictness about towel color, we had a wonderful stay at Sunset Emily Villas & Rooms and highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is great, just a 2-minute walk to the picture-perfect beach. the rooms are comfortable with good quality bedding and spacious bathrooms. the breakfast served every morning is delicious and satisfying. the pool is clean and inviting, and right next to the beach.

The communication and response time from the hotel management could be improved.

We had an incredible time at Sunset Emily Villas. Our stay was for a week, and it was the most peaceful and tranquil holiday we've ever had. The villa was spacious, clean, and had a stunning beach as its backyard. The kids had a blast making friends with the neighbors' kids on the beach and at the pool. The breakfast at the Sunshine Bistro was amazing, and the staff were wonderful. it was a perfect getaway and we can't wait to come back next year.

We had a blast at Sunset Emily! The beach was peaceful and clean. The brand new room was spotless and the private pool in house 62F was amazing. Perfect for friends who love going out at nights.

The kids absolutely loved playing on the beautiful beach and making friends with other children staying there. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from our back yard - it was truly a dream come true. We would definitely return for another family vacation.

My kids wished there was a kids' club or organized activities for them to participate in.

The beach was beautiful and the resort had a nice atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially one particular staff member who was always there when I needed something. the location was also great, just a short walk from the beach. I had a positive experience in terms of the surroundings and the service provided.

It was not the room with a view that I was expecting. the breakfast service was quite unpleasant.

Mrs Vie runs the place like clockwork, helping with scooters, door problems, taxis. Rooms and bedding are top-notch, beach is like paradise, food is great, and the pool is clean.

The free shuttle bus isn't free or working. Good luck getting anywhere without your own transport!

The luxury king size double bedrooms at Sunset Emily Villas & Rooms offer an incredibly comfortable stay for two people. I felt so relaxed and cozy in the spacious room, and we even had the option to add an extra bed if needed. As a guest who values comfort and relaxation, this room definitely exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I liked less was that some villas have a balcony that overlooks the sea or the mountains. It's just my personal opinion, though, and I know others might still find enjoyment in it.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and beautiful room, complete with a huge private pool. The location was peaceful, with a private beach and fine sunset views. The staff, especially Mrs V, were helpful and were great too assist us.

They arranged scooters for us, fixed any issues we had, and even booked us a taxi. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good quality bedding and a spacious bathroom. the restaurant served great quality food and the pool was clean and right by the beach. my stay at Sunset Emily Villas & Rooms was perfect thanks to the hardworking and responsive staff. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.
